This website talks about the advancement in film and cinema. As we know, there has been many changes throughout the years as technology gets better and better.This website states ten different things which has been developed though the years such as IMAX cinemas, 3D film and CGI (computer generated images).

The development of technology helped Ron McCallum to read such as having a blind computer and talking books. In 1976 a machine which scanned books and read them out in synthetic speech so that blind people can use it was launched. In 1984 he got his blind computer which allowed him to read back what he typed as there was a speech synthesizer. In 1989 he used the machine which could scan books and read them out for the first time. It is not legal to transport books for blind people to other countries and so he wants this to be made legal.
